Fcode ("Fcode.ai", "Fcode", "we" or "us") takes your privacy very seriously and we work hard to earn and keep your trust. This Privacy Policy applies to data collected by us through our website and services. It applies to all sites, services, and products that display or link to this statement.

When you connect your Web3 wallet, you are required to provide a username. Additional information beyond what is required at registration is entirely optional but enables you to better identify yourself to other users.

2.2 Contacts

To invite others to connect with you or share access to the information you upload to your account, you may enter their usernames. This information will be used by Fcode to send your invitation, including a message that you write.

2.3 Cookies

Like most websites, Fcode uses cookies and web log files to track site usage. A cookie is a tiny data file that resides on your computer and allows us to recognize you as a user when you return to our website using the same computer and web browser.

  • Persistent Cookie: Set once you have logged in to your account. It allows us to recognize you as an existing user so you will not need to log in before using the service.

5.2 You can also terminate your account by giving us notice in accordance with the terms of our Agreement. If you close your account, we will remove your username and other personally identifiable information from our publicly viewable data. We may retain certain data contributed by you if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law.
